Mr. Seward has over 31 years of surveying experience in Texas and Virginia. Currently licensed as a professional surveyor in the State of Texas, Mr. Seward serves as Vice-President and Director of Surveying Operations for Civil-Surv Land Surveying, L.C. Mr. Seward's experience includes boundary, topographic and geodetic surveying, alignment surveys, construction staking, preparation of metes and bounds descriptions and plats, abstracting, and preparation of ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys.
